Hoe werkt het hidden menu in de R50

Weet iemand hoe het hidden menu werkt in de mini one 2002 R50 deze heeft een grote teller met een knop ik kan wel in het menu komen alleen weet in niet hoe ik dingen wijzig of enter !

Ik heb natuurlijk al op u-tube gekeken en zitten google maar ik zie allerlei minis behalve dezelfde als die van mij

dit stukje gaat over hoe je in het menu de ecu reset en hoe je daar komt...ik denk dat voor de andere settings dezelfde procedure geldt.

How to Reset the ECU:

With the key in the ignition, but in the off position, press and hold down the odometer reset button with one hand.
While holding the button down, switch the key in the ignition to position 1 (first click) with the other hand. The screen will have a number and the word “tESt”.
Scroll through the numbers by pressing the odometer rest button, through to 19 and wait a moment. (Note: the number order is: 1,2,10,19)
The message will say 19 "L i-off", flash to "L i-on", and back to "L i-off" again. When "log i-off" appears, press the odometer rest button again.
You are now in the system. Scroll through to 21. tESt and wait a moment. 21.0 rESEt will come up. Press the button once.
Your gauges will now make some sounds and movements.
Once the lights come back on start your car. You have now reset your ECU and your MINI is now ready to relearn the new mods and your driving style.

Als je je even voorstelt in het voorstel topic, dan kan je iets meer hulp verwachten.

Moet nog ff uitzoeken hoe het alle maal werkt ben er niet zo handig mee

Is dit veilig om te doen? Kan er niks misgaan?

De meeste functies zijn alleen kijk-functies. Daar kun je niet zoveel mee kapot maken. Alleen effe uitkijken met menu 20, want daarin zit een correctie mogelijkheid voor het brandstofverbruik. Als je daarin iets wijzigt, dan gaat je MINI anders rekenen met de verbruikscijfers...
Je sloopt er niks mee, maar je MINI kan ineens heel veel zuiniger lijken terwijl ie nog steeds als een tempelier zuipt.
