WHAT IS THE BRANDS HATCH MINI FESTIVAL?
- The Brands Hatch Mini Festival is a celebration of all things Mini. From the classic Austin Mini of the late 1950s to its modern hatchback incarnation, all are welcome to join in the fun on the weekend of 16/17 June.
The event will include a variety of activities with a display of special motorsport Minis old and new, a Mini stunt show, trade village, parades, live music and festival fun.
On track action will be provided from a programme predominately of Mini racing. The fiercely competitve MINI Challenge headlining the entertainment.
Original Mini fans will be spoilt for choice, with the best racing that the classic has to offer. The Mini Se7en Championship, in its forty fifth year, will race, as well as the tuned cars of the Mini Miglia Championship. A Pre-66 Mini race will warm the hearts of nostalgic fans, whilst arguments over which version is best will be sorted with a handicap race for all variants.
