Verschil RHD/LHD spiegelkappen

Ik ben al een tijd op zoek naar andere spiegelkappen. Misschien een hele domme vraag en ik heb al gekeken via de zoekfunctie, maar wat is het verschil tussen RHD en LHD spiegelkappen (R53)? Ik zie namelijk het verschil niet...
